I am Rashid Sarwar, a Chartered Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional and certified trainer with over 14 years of experience managing health and safety across high-risk construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
I hold an NVQ Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management and am a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH). My professional certifications include NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, and HRSD Level 2 HSE Practitioner certification.

Professional Experience
Throughout my career, I have worked with leading organizations and major projects, including Riyadh New Mobility, Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants, Saudi Aramco, and prominent general contractors. I have served in roles such as HSE Trainer, Safety Supervisor, and HSE Manager, where I developed safety systems, delivered professional training, conducted audits, and improved overall safety performance.

I believe that strong safety culture is built through clear communication, practical risk management, and individual accountability. I actively engage workers and management through safety training, toolbox talks, audits, inspections, and continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with legal and international standards.
